Financial Support

ANPA strongly believes that the finance should not be a limiting factor in sharing scientific knowledge. Therefore, registration fee has been waived for all attendees. In addition, ANPA provides travel support to limited number of in-person presenters to help attend the in-person sessions and make scientific connections. Please find below the travel support information.

In-person Session

Florida International Univ., FL, USA

  1. The participant must present in person during the conference.
  2. ANPA will reimburse up to $100 reimbursement for the participants travelling from at least 100 miles away from the host location.
  3. ANPA will provide shared accommodation on the basis of need and first come first serve basis depending upon the available funding at that time.
  4.  If you are traveling to the conference in a group of three or more (everybody should present), please email ANPA and ANPA may consider special accommodation.
  • Grant application opens: March 1st, 2023
  • Grant application closes: June 15th, 2023
  • Grant Decision Date: June 20th, 2023

In-person Session

Central Department of Physics, T.U., Nepal

  • The participant must present in person during the conference and submit a paper for ANPA publication. Paper will go through a peer review process and submission doesn’t guarantee acceptance for publication.
  • The participant must be registered to a government recognized institution which is at least 100 km away from the host location. 
  • Applicants must provide a recommendation letter.
    • For students, their advisor must send a recommendation letter to ANPA at info@anpaglobal.org with title “Recommendation letter of travel grant _ (Student Name)” which also should specify that the student will be submitting the paper for publication. Recommendation letter must arrive before the form deadline.
    • For faculties and researchers, their department chair should send a recommendation letter to ANPA at info@anpaglobal.org with title “Recommendation letter of travel grant (Faculty/Researcher Name)”.
  • The travel grant will be handed over at the end of the conference.
  • ANPA will provide NRs. 5000 for a maximum of five selected participants.
  • ANPA reserves the right to decide the grant recipients. The selection will be need-based, followed by the quality of the abstract and recommendation letter obtained.
  • Grant application opens: March 1st, 2023
