Abstract Preparation and Submission

All presenters, except for the keynote and plenary talks, are required to submit (i) an abstract via the Abstract Submission form on the conference web page, https://www.conference.anpaglobal.org, and (ii) pre-recorded presentation in order to be considered for the event. Below is a general guideline for the preparation and submission of your abstract:

  1. The abstract should be one page, within 300 words limit with a font size of 12. Abstract title, Authors’ names, and affiliations don’t count toward the word limit.
  2. Author submitting an abstract should provide email, full name, and affiliation.
  3. All co-authors’ information. 
  4. Select the abstract submission categories, if no category is selected, the organizing committee will assign the categories that can’t be changed.
      • Abstract Submission Opens: March 1, 2023
      • Abstract Submission ends: Jun 1, 2023

Note:

If your abstract is accepted for presentation, the title, the author information, and the abstract, as you enter them, will be used in the program booklet and published publicly.

Presentation

Attendance Format: All attendees will have option to attend in-person at one of our in-person locations, Florida International University, Miami, FL, USA or Central Department of Physics, Tribhuvan University, Nepal, or virtually through WebEx. All attendees will be provided a WebEx link regardless of their attendance preference.

Information to Presenters: All virtual and in-person sessions consist of keynote, plenary, invited, and contributed talks. The length of the talks are as follows:

Keynote and plenary lectures: 1 hour (45 min presentation + 15 min Q/A)

Invited: 30 minutes (25 min presentation + 5 min Q/A)

Contributed: 15 minutes (12 min presentation + 3 min Q/A)

Note:

All presenters, except for the Keynote and Plenary talks, are required to submit the pre-recorded presentations about a week before the conference date. Submission guidelines for the presentation of all accepted abstracts will be provided after the decision for the abstracts has been made.
