ANPA strongly believes that the finance should not be a limiting factor in sharing scientific knowledge. Therefore, registration fee has been waived for all attendees. In addition, ANPA provides travel support to limited number of in-person presenters to help attend the in-person sessions and make scientific connections. Travel Grant for Researchers planning to attend at Central Department of Physics, T.U., Nepal

To qualify for the travel grant, participants are required to adhere to the following criteria:

  1. Attendance Requirement: Participants must physically attend the conference and submit a paper for potential publication by ANPA. Please be advised that submitted papers will undergo a rigorous peer review process, and acceptance for publication is not guaranteed.
  2. Institutional Affiliation: Participants must be affiliated with a government-recognized institution located at least 100 kilometers away from the conference’s host location.
  3. Recommendation Letter: Applicants are obligated to provide a recommendation letter in support of their application.
    • For Students: The applicant’s advisor must send a recommendation letter directly to ANPA at info@anpaglobal.org. The email subject line should read: “Recommendation Letter of Travel Grant _ (Student Name)”. The letter should explicitly state the student’s intention to submit a paper for publication. It is imperative that the recommendation letter is received before the designated form deadline.
    • For Faculty and Researchers: The department chair of the applicant should submit a recommendation letter to ANPA at info@anpaglobal.org, with the subject line: “Recommendation Letter of Travel Grant (Faculty/Researcher Name)”.

4. The disbursement of the travel grant will occur upon the conclusion of the conference.

5. ANPA will offer NRs. 5000 to a maximum of five selected participants.

6. It is important to note that ANPA retains the authority to determine the recipients of the grant. The selection process will prioritize financial need, followed by the quality of the abstract and recommendation letter obtained.

Each individual who has submitted an abstract and completed the application (link on the right side) will be considered eligible for potential grant funding. The allocation of grants will be contingent upon the availability of funds and the demonstrated financial need of the applicants. It is important to note that the final decision regarding grant recipients rests with the discretion of ANPA, taking into account various factors including but not limited to the aforementioned criteria.
