The Winter Workshop, organized annually by ANPA Physics Professionals, is a premier event dedicated to professional development in physics. Bringing together experts from academia and industry, the two-day program usually takes place on Saturday and Sunday during the Christmas break, ensuring accessibility for both sectors. The workshop provides a dynamic platform for knowledge exchange, networking, and skill enhancement, focusing on emerging trends in physics research, technological advancements, and career growth opportunities. 2025 Workshop focuses on two sessions:

2. Opportunities and Hurdles in Returning to Nepal.
A large number of students from Nepal pursue higher education abroad each year. While many choose to establish their careers overseas, some return home to contribute their knowledge and expertise to Nepal’s development. In this session, we invite professionals who have returned after completing their studies abroad to share their experiences, challenges, and insights on transitioning back to their homeland and making an impact through their work.
