Message from the Chair
On behalf of the Organizing Committee, I am delighted to warmly invite you to the 8th Association of Nepali Physicists in America (ANPA) Conference, scheduled for July 17–20, 2025. This hybrid conference will include in-person sessions at Fairmont State University in Fairmont, West Virginia, and the Central Department of Physics at Tribhuvan University in Kirtipur, Kathmandu, Nepal, as well as virtual sessions via Webex.
Since its inception in 2018, ANPA has been dedicated to fostering collaboration among Nepali and international physicists and scientists worldwide. The conference aims to provide a platform for presenting groundbreaking scientific discoveries, strengthening networks, and facilitating collaborations across academia, research institutions, and industry.
The program will feature various sessions, including keynote addresses, plenary lectures, invited talks, and presentations by students, researchers, early-career professionals, and experienced experts in physics. These sessions are designed to enrich the global physics community and inspire innovative ideas.
For in-person attendees, limited financial support opportunities will be available to cover reasonable travel expenses, such as airfare, ground transportation, meals, and lodging. Support will be awarded based on financial need, on a first-come, first-served basis, and subject to available funds.
We are excited to host this conference and look forward to welcoming participants worldwide to engage in discussions and share the latest advancements in physics. Your presence and contributions are essential to the success of this event, and we eagerly anticipate your participation.
